Ferlicius.com offers shipping via Pos Laju for domestic delivery and trusted courier service for international delivery varies from country. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (Monday thru Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.
Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. PST. Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays Excluded.
Domestic Delivery (within Malaysia) Domestic orders shipped via Pos Laju should arrive within 2-5 business days. We do not offer weekend delivery service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page for the type of shipping you choose.
Ferlicius.com currently accepts on-line orders from overseas. All orders shipped internationally will need to have their billing address and shipping address match to have their package shipped.
International Delivery International shipments are subject to all applicable customs costs and restrictions. A flat rate of $35 is charged for all orders being shipped internationally via international courier service.
Shipping will be provided via international courier service. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to a PO or APO boxes. If the billing adress does not match your shipping address we will be unable to ship your order . International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. ferlicius.com is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged when entering the desired country. This may take from a couple of days to several weeks.
International shipping fees range from $35 - $170 USD, depending on the country you live in, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.
Customs Duties and Other Fees Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by Malaysia law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation which also apply to the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are an online retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.
