Ferlicius.com takes pride in its merchandise and wants you to be very satisfied with each and every item that you purchase from Ferlicius.com If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return the item within seven (07) days of the date receiving goods, for a full refund of the purchase price. Customers must pay for return shipping and will be responsible for a RM3.00 per item restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refundable purchase price.
