Body rock!

I thought of  joining Taekwondo classes, but then I have not been in the training for more than a decade, imagine myself wearing uniform with senior belt and kick worse than a white belt kid. I still have my ambitious to continue to 2nd & 3rd Dan, somewhere in my heart but not encouraging. To have that, intensive training is needed….where-la (Malaysian way) I have the stamina? I recalled 5 years back I joint an open class just for a day, I could not walk & sit well the whole week! I know I have to take it slowly…. so just start from the easy one, cardio excercise. Sooner or later I am sure will be able to do those “torturing boot camp” which I used to love it during training time
