I was asked to work phisically in the office from 6AM for this project cutover on a wonderful Sunday, hence early party in the office. It’s the phase 2 cutover is boring, and with different team from the vendor, unlike the last phase1, we had wii + projector, funny people and secretly having *drinks in the office with paper cups.

We have new skin for the booking engine too

Then it took us half a day for the Akamai caching issue, and affected the Get-the-Deal, another booking engine to be opened to public. Had some fought here and there between few vendors. Fingers pointing and as a customer we have to think of the best solution to please all parties? :-/
